A fun unique class for all levels that presents a way for you to translate what you see, and understand the creative process. This class will forever change how you “think like an artist” and understand color, brush, strokes, design and the all-important “artistic” look that Tom¹s paintings project. There is a lot more than apples and oranges in this class. All art supplies provided (a palette, paints, paper, brushes) and a free print is included.
PAINTING RAYS OF SUNLIGHT AND SHADOW

Have you ever wanted to expand your watercolor skills in these areas? Then this class is for you. You will watch and work side by side with Tom as you paint several different types of rays of sunlight and shadow. Tom will show you how to breathe life into your art through the play of sunlight and shadow. All art supplies provided (a palette, paints, paper, brushes) and a free print is included.
PAINTING MIST, MOUNTAINS, RAIN & FOG

If you want to learn how to take an ordinary subject and give it drama. Then this class is for you. You will watch and work side by side with Tom as you paint several different types of mist, mountains, rain and fog. Watch and work with a master as he shows how to put some fun into capturing mood and atmosphere. All art supplies provided (a palette, paints, paper, brushes) and a free print is included.
PAINTING ON WATERCOLOR CANVAS

Are you ready to take your art to a new level, then experience painting on Fredrix Watercolor canvas with Tom Lynch? This unique surface developed for watercolor will amaze you and when you¹re finished you can frame it without glass. Master artist Tom Lynch will work with you step by step as you complete your first painting on watercolor artist canvas. All art supplies provided (a palette, paints, paper, brushes) and a free print is included.
‘NEW’ ONE-DAY WORKSHOP
Sun. June 15 • 9:30am - 4:30pm • 6 Hours, Hands-On • Level: Adv. Beg./Intermediate/Advanced
If your watercolor paintings need more excitement or drama, then this class is for you. Spend a day with a master painter learning the secrets of exaggerating color, contrast, sunlight and shadow. The morning demonstration showcases all the ways to translate an ordinary picture into an award winning “work of art”! Bring all your materials, photo regerences, and your pre-sketched scene (Tom recommends Gemini 300# paper or Fredix Watercolor Canvas), and Tom will assist you in creating a more dramatic and creative interpretation with lots of individual assistance. This comprehensive and fun workshop will offer students of all levels more information in one day than you ever have experienced before. As a “bonus” Tom will demo on watercolor canvas.
