Barry’s method of instruction is a bit unique in that it is laid back and relaxing. “I don’t really fit the mold of an artists, I just like to paint, ahve fun, and share what I have learned over the years with others. Barry has participated in many local and national juried competitions with many awards under his belt. “When I teach, I try to show different options that a student has when approaching a new painting, while keeping things very simple so as not to overwhelm someone new to the medium. Above all he is about making the painting experience fun and rewarding.
